I have been traveling from Alaska to Colorado with Nahla and stopped in Seattle to visit friends.
She was taken at approx. 8:30pm on 9/27 while tied up outside a business on 45th and Latona.
( I wish I did not have her tied up and was not ok with it at the time but I DID and I have to live with this for the rest of my LIFE)
The neighbors heard her barking intensely and then suddenly stop, they came out to see what
was the matter and she was gone.  I came outside 1 min after, I ran up and down the streets
looking and calling. While others drove, biked and, walked doing the same.
We are certain she was taken in a car.

Nahla is a mutt and was abused before I adopted her this summer in Alaska and has extreme separation anxiety
when away from me. She will not walk with anyone but me. She means the world to me.
My plan was to leave for Colorado on 10/2, but I could not leave Washington without her.
To make things worse, my dad is getting deployed to Afghanistan on the 10/15, so I need
to find her ASAP. I had to buy a flight back to Colorado for this Wednesday 10/10 so I can see my dad.
However I am planing on driving back to Washington after the 15th  so I can continue the search but can't stay in Washington forever.

Nahla has never been in a big city, and I am sure she is very scared. I do not know many people in Seattle and
have been doing most of the searching and outreach on my own. ANYTHING you and your friends can do to help
would be so appreciated. If you are able to: print/ hang fliers, look through websites/newspapers, keep an eye out,
tell all your friends, talk to pet shelters/vets, share her photo, etc., PLEASE HELP.
Thank you so much in advance for your efforts. I can’t do this without you.
